About Leo

Leo Corvino is the owner and creator of Corvino Performance. He is a certified trainer with years of experience working with over 3000 clients ranging from fitness clients to high school and professional athletes. Leo was a high school 2nd team All-American athlete who received a full scholarship at Monmouth University upon high school graduation. After a year, he transferred to University at Albany and was awarded All-conference accolades, as well as America East player of the week. In 2007, he helped the Great Danes win their first America East title and bring them to the NCAA Arkansas regional. Upon graduation, he immediately worked at a small town gym and studied the movements and strengths of the body. It was during this time that he received his certifications and became aware of his love to spread his knowledge and expertise to athletes and Fitness fanatics from all over the area.
