This is a 45min heart pumping, calorie burning workout. From the time you start the workout until you finish, you will be tested both mentally and physically with this high pace fun workout. All of our boxing classes incorporate 5 things...Boxing, Training, Running, Jump Rope and Abs! This class will leave you trenched in sweat from head to toe. It is a great change of pace to our normal strength hiit circuits. Each client loves the different punching routines that we put them through. It is never the same combinations.
