MOTIVATION

Xtreme Fitness

Corvino Performance invites all individuals with a fitness goal to join the best one hour workout in the Capital District.  You will be tested both mentally and physically in a supportive and fun environment with workouts that are constantly changing.  Our trainers are easily able to tailor any of our exercises to meet an individual's needs or limitations.  However, do not expect an easy class! Results will only be noticed with hard work, dedication, and consistent challenges in class!
Once your body is at its peak level, we promise class will not get boring. With scientifically designed periodization programs creating an ever-changing environment, Corvino Performance will always push you to the next level.  Our workouts include a variety of exercises ranging from sprints, strength work, and cardio finishers, to dynamic and static stretching.
One thing that never changes at Corvino Performance is the MOTIVATION.  Our trainers get to know you and your goals, and are always able to provide firm, but friendly encouragement!  We also have the best clients.  We've created one big "fit family" where everyone supports and challenges one another.  Lastly, we have the music! Corvino Performance plays all genres including classic rock, alternative, pop, rap, R&B, and hip hop, and we are always open to requests.  Our playlists will always get you in the mood to push yourself farther than you ever expected.
